Where can I begin.  Well, we went to Reno for Street Vibrations, and because we got a good deal on travelNow.com we stayed at Harrah's, but never again.

It all began when we first arrived.  We stood in a long line to be called to a counter only to be informed that they had no such reservation as the one we had made.  We assure them we could produce email confirmation and we were told this would not be sufficient.

Now, if you want to make a customer happy and tell their friends good things, and continue to use your product, would you not want to addres this in a different manner?  They did...

In response to smithen's comment from Sep 11, 2009:

Dear Smithen... I am sorry you have had some not so good luck with surveys in the past. There are many out there that do take advantage of people trying to simply earn extra income. As for "my points", I would disagree that they ask for money. The sites are simply opened then closed and you recieve your 5 or 10 points and go on. Yes, you Can go further if you want more points than the basic and then it does require money but to simply open and close a site takes 20 seconds and they add up fast. I just took my parents to RED LOBSTER "Free" thanks to those quick open and close sites.
The surveys can be frustrating sometimes when you fill out 10 minutes or so worth of questions only to be turned down but that is rarely the case. Your eligebility is normally confirmed in the first 4 to 5 questions. It is based on age, gender and often demographical dwelling. I do understand your frustrations as it has taken me a few years to finally find the trusted sites and those that pay out well. My income of 250 to 380 a month, depending on how much time I devote, is steady and i have the check stubs, paypal records and spending money to back it. You get what you give and again, it is frustrating at times but worth the time once you find your niche.
Thank you for reading and I wish you the best of everything. I am here oif you have questions of which sites I use. Sincerely, Darrel
