Jeanette Walls has a way of pulling you in and making you feel like you are a part of her crazy, twisted, hilarious family. This book was recommended to me by my mother and I read the whole thing in two days. You have an immediate connection with the characters in the book, especially Jeanette (who narrates us through her childhood) and will root for the family to succeed. This is one of those books that will make you laugh and cry at the same time and you will enjoy every second of it. I highly recommend this to anyone, you wont regret it.
