I was charged on my visa upon checkout for the amount of cologne plus ground shipping. That's great, but when I checked status of my account nothing was bought. I called my card and the amount was taken out. Customer service at YSL e-mailed several times and called direct several times and was told it was a hold for 24hrs., then was told to wait til two days later, then told they don't know anything about what my bank did, and that they have no record of charging me because nothing checked out.
