I liked the phone when it was new except for the fact that the volume does not adjust loud enough for me. After a few months, I couldn't use the speakerphone on the additional handset because it kept cutting out. Several months later, the additional handset could not be used anymore because it always displayed the message that it is "out of range". It is still in the one year warranty, so I will have to pack it up, ship if off and wait for a replacement that probably won't work either.
