I constantly hear T.V. ads and see info online about how much you can save by switching insurance providers.  I checked to see if their claims of lower rates were true a couple of times over the years, but found that I can't beat State Farm on rates, service, and reliability. When I walk into their office, they always treat me like a neighbor, not just a customer. They've had my back for 24 years now, and I plan to keep it that way. In a world that is changing faster every day, it's good to know that there are still companies who value their customers by being dependable and fair.
