I have tried calling due to one incorrect number (of a 9 number sries) entered on their website and received a busy signal on the 800# for 3 whole days, when I finally got through, I was on hold for over an hour, and the number they gave me to call and correct this, was, you guessed it, busy. —  I was charged on my credit card by them, for a charge I never placed.  Though my credit card, was reimbursed, I never received a response when I told CS of this problem, though I was told someone would contact me within 48 hours. — Last, but not least, I filled out… read full review »
