Weight watchers is the best!

Let me say that i have been on and off weight watchers, pre and post baby weight. It is the most sensible way to lose weight, hands down. I have tried so many diets -- i should write my own book. Furthermore, the weight watchers at the freehold mall is one of, if not the, best. The leaders are all exceptional -- but Amy is hands down numero uno. she is kind, funny and inspirational. On top of all of this, she is a real person with real kids, a real life and a real personality. No other leader has been able to reach me the way she does. going to her meetings is sort of like going to a comedy club.... review »
