Cincinnati Bell is horrible.  It could take days to write how what I have went through with Cincinnati Bell, but I will try to make it fast.  My cell phone bill was charged to another persons account.  I called to ask why, and of course they did not know.  I paid my cell phone over the phone for two months while they straightened this out.  They applied half of my payment each month to the other persons bill.  (it was a home phone of someone else, and I have my OWN home phone) They have no idea how or why all my information was sent to this other person.  They are now charging me for the...
