    Although the scheduled flight times and connections for a trip from Los Angeles, CA to Milan, Italy, were convenient, the actual departure times of every single flight were delayed by an hour more. My daughter and her two young children and I sat on the plane on the runway for over an hour and a half at Los Angeles, then again on the connecting flight in London to Milan. On arriving in Milan, the children's car seats (the only luggage we checked) were not on hour flight. Employees told us they would be on the next incoming flight, which was also late; but, the seats were not on the flight. ... review »
