Customer Service is horrendous... We booked a cruise on the Dawn with 7 families, and to ensure we're all together, we all got together and made our reservations by passing to the phone to the next family after one made they're reservations. We were all quoted prices for inside cabins or outside cabins based on # of people in a room. After we each gave credit cards for a deposit, we asked for a review of the balances for each room and they had all changed. We asked to speak to a supv, Alberto Monjo to resolve this. He was very sarcastic, rude and unprofessional and would not honor the prices…
