I purchased the Nintendo DSi on the eve of its release date, and I haven't looked back since. As a former PSP user, I was underwhelmed by the amount of games available for the system. However, since switching to the DSi I currently have a list of games I have yet to try.

The DSi has two very large screens and is comfortable to hold. The better games are clearly ones that properly take advantage of the dual-screens. It has a built-in camera with photo editing software and also has a web browser.
