The Phillips 19 in. TV is a good basic TV for a spare room or bedroom.  The picture is good as is the sound quality.  I find the remote unit difficult to navigate.  The top and bottom of the unit are similar so I frequently try to use it upside down.  The many buttons are too close together and are barely distinguishable from one another.  Another problem is that the on-screen print is white and extremely difficult to read against thebackground.
