Verizon has been my cell phone provider for almost 9 years now. Their customer service has been wonderful, although their rates are high in comparison to providers like VoiP. I'd like to see Verizon offer more competitive overseas calling rates and desist from charging customers for incoming calls. Verizon is a company that has great products, services, and is very widely spread across the USA ... they could afford to provide exemplary and much more affordable services to their customers. Also, cut out the ridiculous contract requirements ... we'll continue to use Verizon without the contract... review »
