Okay I have had my swiffer wet jet for about two years and I do like it and it is much easier that using a mop and bucket. But the only cost for the mop and bucket was soap and water. With the swiffer you have to replace cleaning pads, bottles of cleaner, batteries, and on some scuff removing pads. These things are not cheap either and the fluid does not last long. I have tile  throughout my entire house and it take two bottles to clean the floors. That is roughly seven dollars to clean my floors on cleaning solution alone.
