I bought the Vegetarian Times magazine a while back.  I thought I would find some real good cooking without meat.  That would be good for me, I have been told.  It is a beauitful magazine.  I have spent hour's looking for something that sounded good.  Beauitful picture's and sometimes I find a dish that I would like to try.  This month is for the Nov and Dec issue.  Great, I'll make a dish that nobody in the family has heard of or tasted before.  Every dish had at least one item I had never heard of before.  But where do you find seitan mushroom's, unflavored rice milk,  shroom...
