Let me start by saying this is not a review about hp.com but about their customer service. — For years I had been buying hp products (computers and printers), I got a laptop from hp and somehow one day it turned off and wouldn't turn back on. I tried doing what I knew the customer service would tell me to do but did not work, so I called. An indian guy picks up, with a heavy accent but I really did not mind.
