I paid $77.85 to have a package be delivered overnight by FedEx.  Instead it took two days.  Why the delay, the driver, who had the package on his truck on day one, decided on his own that he did not think we would be open.  He failed to get to our business by 5 pm and so he decided not to deliver the package. I was at my business until 8 PM waiting delivery.  The next day when he did deliver my package (at 3:30ish pm) he admitted that he did not think we were in so he did not stop.  What reliability.  My other experience with FedEx was when they delivered a package to my business and it...
