I love health food stores, but most of the time the items, especially organic ones, are way too expensive for me to get on a regular basis.  The amount of cheap "garbage" available at Walmart and some grocerys stores is mainly the reason for the country's health issues.

Trader Joes is the answer to my prayers - a grocery store that carries food with natural ingredients for a reasonable price.  Most of our food now comes from Trader Joe's.  My kids love go shopping there too.  They search for the "treasure chest" and receive a healthy snack as a prize.  I can allow them to choose just about...
