The Nikon D80 is the very best Digital camera out there. I have owned a couple of others and used a few to see if they were what I was looking for. I am not a professional but enjoy a good camera.

The D80 has more than an amature needs and everything a beginning professional would want. The sharpness of the pictures are perfect. It has red-eye and many other features right on the camera to 'fix' a photo.

I love taking pictures of flowers, waterfalls and just about anything in nature. It is a bit bulky but it's well worth getting the shots you want. Just buy a neck band to help with hands free....
