    Terrible Company with No Customer Service skills

    I had a terrible experience with Snapfish. I ordered a photo book to be shipped by the 15th of December. I paid for overnight shipping. When I did not get it I called  customer service (outsourced to India)  the rep gave me a line of bull and said that it would be here the next day. When it did not come the next day I  again called the customer service number and again they said it would come the next day.  Every phone call was the same.
