    The Suba Lounge is Harrisburgs hidden Jem. It serves tapas food. It is located above Manga Qui on the 200 block of North St. The plates are small and range from $2-$15. I recommend the patas bravas, julias verdes, gambas, atun, and the fish tacos. They also have a really spicy martini called the firefly that rules if you like it hot!
