So, updates for the holidays...

Things aren't going to be very happy for me this season but that's alright. Luckily I'm not much of a holiday person. I still haven't been able to replace my job which has left me rather broke this month. Just barely paid off the credit card ~_~ but that means no gifts for people this year. Sucks.

So earlier this week I had a pretty major personal incident. I'd rather not go into details publically, close friends and family already know. If you consider me a close friend and I haven't told you what happened yet, send me a message and I'll tell you the details privately.

I lost a lot of things this week; car, wallet, ipod, phone... plus more that I haven't even really thought about yet.

Needless to say, work has been suffering the last couple of days with not even an attempt at writing a review in the last three days or so. Hopefully I will get some of my older reviews posted here within the next week or so.

In the overall things, no I have no idea what I'm going to do or how I'm going to fix this in the next few weeks or months.

Updated 9/08: Alright, so work has been pretty insane lately and it's hard to keep up with my own website let alone viewpoints. VP will still be updated but instead of singular updates I will be doing batch uploads of my reviews. Also... recently I covered my first anime convention as press and out of that I was asked by Right Stuf International to do a 15 minute interview for their weekly anime podcast. In fact, at the end of the month I am covering my first convention as press! I've been to an anime convention before but now I'm press! Laptop got stolen a couple of weeks ago but reviews resume by the end of the weekend. Updated 2/08: I've been dubbed the "official" anime guru around here. Never been an anime guru before... does it come with a special hat? Updated 1/08: Alright so here are the deal with my anime reviews now... I have officially signed a short term reviewing contract with Viewpoints *yay me!* but this also means that any reviews I publish here have to be pretty drastically different from the reviews I publish on my site. So here is the deal... the only reviews I will be publishing here are for animes, soundtracks, games, etc that are older than 3 months and/or have seen subsequent releases (example: I won't upload a title that just got released but if the second volume has been released by the time my review is written, I will publish it).
