I bought my daughter the Graco Comfortsport partially because of the great value.  This was the only carseat in my price range which was padded enough that I felt that putting my daughter in it would be humane.  She used to scream when I would put her in the baby carrier type car seat, so I was very worried as to how she would react to a new one.  She loves it!  This seat is just padded enough to be comfortable but not so padded that she isnt able to move.  The straps seem to fit perfectly and do not rub her neck like some of the others.  The only con I have with this seat is it is difficult...
