Parenting for Peace and Justice was my guide to raising my two sons, now 21 and 25. The authors deserve a lot of the credit for helping me and my late husband see how to involve them in our efforts to make the world a better place as we tried to love our neighbors as ourselves. As those boys became men, I began to see their consistency in living out the faith they'd been taught, beyond regular attendance (itself an oddity today) to seeking those in need and putting others first.
