I never watch commercials any more!

I love my Tivo!!  The Tivo service updates the machine with the schedules of the shows on your particular television service.  Then you get a 'season pass' to your favorite show and it will record it every time it's on, on any channel, any time of the day or night.  You can limit it to only first-run shows, or include reruns.  If you find an actor or actress that you like, you can search for shows that they're in.  You can set up a wishlist to automatically record any show with, say, Robin Williams, or with the word 'Christmas' in the description, or all...
