If you want a healthier peanut butter but aren't ready for natural peanut butters (honestly just try them though!) then this is pretty good. It tastes like normal Skippy peanut butter with the palm oil (a naturally more solid fat at room temp) replacing the partially hydrogenated junk. It also has salt and a little sugar. Palm oil is actually very healthy for you so is a great improvement and the sugar content is quite low.
