Snapfish Ruined My Christmas & Lied

Snapfish killed my Christmas. It never sent my order even though it repeatedly promised to have it arrive by Christmas. I ordered Dec. 1. They have had my order nearly 1 MONTH and they lied by phone, and they lied by email, saying not to worry, they will ship for Christmas. I had no gifts to give on Christmas.

Today is Dec. 27. My family is gone. I gave them squat for Christmas because Snapfish's 3-5 day delivery is actually 3-5 weeks. They STILL can not find my damn order and send it even though they have had a full month to get it right. They don't speak English, they lie and they make up information.... read full review »
