American Airlines

Lousy service.

American Airlines often offer cheap airfares.....because they have low-grade service. They charge you to upgrade after you have used your miles for the upgrade. Also, if you need to transfer miles, you need to do it yourself online...American Airlines will not do it for you over the phone. This is especially hard when you are walking around London trying to upgrade your seats! It is apparently safer to give your credit card over the phone to book a flight than to transfer miles over the phone...idiotic!
