I am dissapointed that I had to find out about your dissatisfaction from this review. I am the CEO of BedinaBox and we work extremely hard to earn the satisfaction of our customers. I never heard about this from my staff nor have we received any correspondence from you letting us know that you are still having a problem. Your problem is not normal. We have tens of thousands of mattresses in the market and it is extremely rare that we hear of body impressions. Please call me directly and I will assist you in receiving either a replacement mattress or a refund.
