The Clearplay has clearly been the worst consumer experience I have ever experienced. I have experienced problems with every aspect of their product. These problems include website malfunction, unclear instructions, non-responsive telephone tech support, uneducated tech support both through e-mail and telephone, a corrupt filter stick (how does this happen out of the box?), software that doesn't work and is extremely difficult to use (both PC and Mac solutions are horrible), and DVD player that is both cheap and non-functioning (after two replacements a product should work)!
