You would think, after less than stellar performances from two prior HP printers, I wouldn't buy another one...but I did. I purchased a HP Photosmart C7280 All-in-one. I print a lot of pictures, and I liked the several different colored ink cartridges. I also do a lot of printing. There has been an ongoing problem with it, ever since I bought it. Tech support people are clueless. I've tried utilizing their services at least three different times; they would just give up.
