I LOVE MY GEORGE FOREMAN GRILL! I can use it for pretty much anything. I like to make sandwiches, grill meats, I even make my chicken, onion and mushroom meal or the beef, onion and mushroom entree on here (I marinate it with my seasame ginger sauce, quite delicious I might add). Initially, I felt like the grill had a tendency to dry the meat out with you have the top lead closed but nowadays, I put alumnium foil over top the grill and I don't close it.
