Neutrogena has been a well known and trusted name for quite a few years.  I have always used thier skin care products, but this was my first cosmetics purchase.

I found the Neutrogen a Last Tint to be reasonably priced at around $8.99.  Neutrogena distributes coupons in the All You Magazine available at Wal-Mart for $3.00 off, which brings the price to a very affordable $5.99.

The packaging of this product is attractive.  The application brush was not menacingly large and made application of the tint easy. 

The product did not feel heavy on my lashes at all, nor did I experience any flaking...
