I was pleased with the results of Alli at first, but then I started feeling kinda sluggish and not myself.  Stopped losing weight, even though I followed the plan to a "t".  I didn't verify it with my doctor, but I think it interfered with the absorption of the thyroid hormone I take for hypothyroidism.  I stopped taking Alli and about ten days later I started feeling better.  I'll lose weight the old fashioned way.
