I bought the craftsman lawnmower on 2005 because it was advertised easy to start. Well actually I found it extremely hard to start. I would get so aggrivated and wait to cut the grass the next day after several attempts to start. After having it for 3 yrs. it dosen't work any more! I emailed sears where I bought it and explained about how unhappy I am with it. They left me a message saying they would fix it, but I needed the orginal receipt.
