The Toshiba satellite With windows vista gave me problems from the beginning While the large monitor screen was nice the customer support was not there since I purchased it as a first time user I needed alot of help and I did not get what I needed it was frustrating 

I did leasrn Vista a little better but the processor froze up frequently and I had trouble downloading new programs The Charging cord was faulty and I had to replace it several times In the last year four times the battery did not last long wither
