I have been a target card holder since 2004, my credit limit is $7000 , never a late payment, never gone over the limit, and I have amazing credit score and a spotless credit history. Well my husband made a payment to our card  (btw, our payment wasn't even due) and he input the wrong back information and the payment was returned, Well I called and I apologized, said I was very sorry but my husband made a mistake and I had already issued another payment and they can see that we are not the type of people who do that and wondered if there was any way they could wave the $39 return payment fee....
