Never buying another Razor ever

I was so excited about getting a new phone.....and the Razor came in a bundle pack with a bluetooth headset and in red (my fave color) and it was on sale! What could be better? Well for starters, the phone itself! I find that it overheats, it is VERY slow, and not user friendly. I am not a computer geek so I figure the easier to use the better. Of course the person at the Sprint store said it would be easy to use, it's an MP3 player, and I would be fine. To this day I cannot log into the music store on my phone! It tells me it's not available...every single time! I pay for the service... read full review »
