This is the first week of adipex for me. I was expecting jitters and sleepless nights so I only took a half of pill. But I noticed that half a pill did not make me jittery, only dry mouth. So I took a whole pill and I got a little boost from it but no other side affects except dry mouth. I dont have the urge yet to work out or to clean my house from top to bottom.
