I purchased a Kodak ESP-3 All-In-One printer.  The reason I purchased it was because of the cost of my ink for my previous printer ($75).  I decided to purchase the Kodak because of the ink replacement cost ($25).  I have not had any trouble out of this printer.  The quality is great, including pictures.
