Bavarian Inn - Shepherdstown, WV

Wonderful accomodations and food, above average service.

My new husband and I decided to stay at the Bavarian Inn in Shepherdstown, West Virginia for a mini-honeymoon. The rooms were very nice with large and comfortable beds. There is a seating area, and large bathroom, with an additional sink. Robes were available for use and fresh fruit was in the room. The river view was very nice and quiet.

We ate at the restaurant the first evening. Since we didn't want to change out of our travel clothes, we opted to eat in the pub. It serves the same food as the other restaurants. The food was WONDERFUL! Everything was cooked perfectly, seafood melted in our mouths,... read full review »
