We purchased our LG refrigerator in April 2009. it is the side by side with water and ice in door. We compared several brands before deciding on this one. It has great room and is easy to set temps. It worked great for about 1 month. then the ice maker froze up. I called LG and they told me to stick my hand up in to the ice maker and clear out ice obstruction.I felt somewhat unsure about this so I took out the ice holder and cleared the frozen obstruction. It again worked for a while then the water dispenser stopped working .I called LG again and had service come out. He managed to break the ice...
