    I bought a Dirt devil  stick vac and I loved it. Then I had a problem with the vac. I tried to get it fixed under the warrenty. Unless I will send it to them through UPS they will not fix it because they do not have a dealer in my area. They will sell it in my area but they will not fix it . I am very upset with a big company doing this. They could of said get it fixed and Dirt devil will pay for it.
