Tums have always done the job for me.  I never leave home without them.  When I saw the new flavors I decided to give them a try but they were not to my liking or anyone elses in the house (3 boys ones the adult version).  They worked within 10 minutes but the taste stayed aroung awhile.  I recommend Tums in any other flavor,
