I bought this mattress in a king size in February 2007 from the W hotels site, since it is the same heavenly bed that they use in their hotels. The bed comes with mattress and box spring. The bed is soft, yet firm, and very comfortable. I have never had any pains from this bed. It is also a great idea to add the feather bed top to simulate the W sleeping experience.
