After I had my first child, someone gave me a tube of this ointment because it was a funny name.  This person had no children - little did he know that it worked!  Since then, I tried various other brands but have always gone back to the Butt Paste!  It works great - preventing and treating diaper rashes.  I would recommend it to anyone.  I usually include a tube in baby shower gifts so new moms will know about it!
