Vanilla Silk Soy milk is my favorite soy milk. I've been drinking soy milk for years and Silk had the best variety and taste. The Light soy milk does not taste much different than regular. I started drinking soy milk because I was a vegetarian.

My family drinks regular milk but they have started to use Vanilla Soy milk in their cereal because it tastes great.
