The Tandem DHA prenatal vitamin drew my eye because it is a small capsule (comparable to an antibiotic size cap) and it is very easy to swallow.

I had to pay for it because my insurance doesn't cover it but it was worth it because taking a DHA supplement daily is very important for the dvelopment of my baby. And the fact that it came in one capsule together with the prental vitamins sealed the deal for me.

The onbe thing I didn't like is that literally five minutes after swallowing the capsule, I would have the taste of fish in my mouth (due to the DHA).
