Yes I get pretty dark many times, too. My writing evolved out of the blues lyrics I was writing in my late 20's and they were pretty serious. I like to have fun, too, though. I will sometimes write about the most horrendous things but with a playful smile working inside.

I have enjoyed reading all of your work and look forwards to more. I usually post on Monday evenings so if you get bored on Tuesday, there'll be some there waiting. I check your site once or twice a week.

I am referring my teenage niece to some of your product reviews. She loves to write, too, so I'm hoping she'll be inspired to join and write.

I know that process very well, we just did out guest bathroom, our master bathroom and the family room over too. It seemed to take forever and occupied plenty of our time. It is worth it thought, it all looks so nice :)
