Newegg always keeps up with the latest products and keeps stock of older ones as well.  I've never had an issue with returns but people I talk to say it's incredibly painless to do an exchange or return.  Newegg order processing and shipping has to be the fastest i've ever seen.  Order on Monday afternoon, at your door Wednesday morning.  Porducts are generally well reviewed, only downside is alot of idiots make their way on and claim a knowledge level higher than they actually have, making you think they're  "in the know".  But overall the reviews reflect the product.
